Registration and payment


STEP 1

Please fill out the contact form. In response, we will send you an email with a contract to complete and sign, along with attachments — the terms of participation and the detailed event program.

STEP 2

1st Installment:  After you register for the trip and sign the contract, you pay an advance payment.

STEP 3

Air Ticket:  Once the group is confirmed and the trip is guaranteed, we will search for the best flight options and recommend them for you to purchase.

STEP 4

2nd Installment:  21 days before departure, you pay the remaining balance specified in the contract.
